What Shipping Methods Are Available? How Long Will It Take?

We ship all orders out in 4 days. In certain situations due to high volume of orders and backed up inventory it may take up to a 10. We ship all domestic orders priority through USPS and international orders through DHL.

Do I Have To Pay Customs Charges For International Orders?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Can I Change My Order Once Its Placed?

We fulfill orders quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it may not be possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order has not shipped out yet when you contact us we can make the change for you but its not recommended.

What If I Forgot To Use My Discount Code?

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, to change it prior to leaving our facility. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order, including your discount code.

What Could Cause A Delay With My Shipment?

If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 4 hours, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately.
Wrong Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification!

Can I Return An Order?

Yes, you can. As long as it is:
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment
In original condition
Unwashed and Unworn
In the original packaging

If I Need A Return Or Exchange How Do I Pay For Postage?
If the Return/Exchange was an error on our end.
We will pay for postage and refund you for the return shipping once order is received.
If the Return/Exchange was an error on YOUR end.
You will need to pay for shipping and include a return label in the order you are shipping back (in case of an exchange only)

How Long Will The Return/Exchange Process Take?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return/exchange. Once it has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number, or an email confirming the store credit issued.

Why Was I Charged But My Order Didn’t Go Through
The transaction you see is not a charge, it is pending and will drop back into your balance in 24 hours. Please make sure you are entering your zip code correctly. Feel free to contact customer service if you have further questions.

How Long Does It Take For Me To Receive A Refund?
Allow 1-3 business days for refunds to post back to your payment method.

Do your Shirts Shrink After Washing?
Shirts will shrink a little but we recommend to cold wash and hand dry for best results.
